Logitech Makes Paltry $5M From GTV

The Logitech Revue, the device that Google has leaned half of it’s aspirations of TV dominance on, has made it’s manufacturer a heavily lame $5 million over the winter months. Calculator-fu can quickly determine that at $300 a pop, Logitech managed to move 16,666.66 (repeating, of course) units. A steep drop from the fall, where Logitech managed to move over four times as many units.

While the numbers seem small Logitech is remaining hopeful that the future of GoogleTV isn’t in the bargain bins of the local QuickStopElectronics, and may already be planning a second generation of GTV units.

For those of you looking to take advantage of the lull in GoogleTV enthusiasm, now is a great time to head over to eBay and see about some deals to be scored.
