55-inch LG G2 Google TV keeps getting discounted
LG’s G2 TVs recently received a significant discount, saving customers $700-$800 depending on the panel’s size. The 47 and 55-inch LG Google TVs have been available for only a few months, making us think it would be too hard for these to see any other price drops any time soon. Well, it seems like we were wrong.
The 47-inch LG Google TV continues to rock its very enticing $1000 price tag, but the 55-inch variant continues to see more discounts, albeit smaller. The larger 3D HDTV is now down to $1,324. This means the TV is discounted by $976, as it stands.
Nothing we can complain about. The LG 55G2 is 3D enabled (customers get 6 pairs of 3D glasses), and comes with great specs. A 120 Hz refresh rate and 1080p LED panel are just the beginning of the list; not to mention these televisions are very good-looking.
Those that want to take advantage of this deal, while it lasts, should head over to Amazon and get their brand new 55-inch Google TV. With that price, it is really a no-brainer for anyone in the market for a Google TV (or just a good TV). The TV has been getting continuous discounts, though, so it can’t be a horrible idea to wait and see if the price goes lower.
